KSeF FA(3) and FA(2) XML · also XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol UBL
Your invoice stays private. The file is read directly in your browser. It is never uploaded to our server or stored anywhere.
How it works
- Choose the XML file. Drag the KSeF invoice into the box, or click to select it.
- Read it in English. All field names are translated; names, addresses and item descriptions stay as written by the seller.
- Print or save. Save a PDF copy for your records or print it directly.
What is KSeF?
KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland’s National e-Invoice System. Since 2026, Polish businesses issue their invoices through KSeF as structured XML files in the FA(3) format. The XML file is the legal invoice – a PDF or printout is only a visualisation of it.
Companies outside Poland cannot log in to KSeF without a Polish tax number. Polish suppliers therefore usually send foreign customers the XML file or a PDF visualisation with a QR code for verification. If you received the XML file, this viewer shows it as a readable invoice.
Polish invoice terms explained

- Do zapłaty – amount due; Termin płatności – payment due date
- Numer KSeF – the unique number KSeF assigns when it accepts an invoice
- Mechanizm podzielonej płatności (MPP) – split payment: the VAT part is paid to a separate VAT account
Frequently asked questions
Is the KSeF viewer free?
Yes. Open as many invoices as you like, without an account.
Is my invoice uploaded?
No. The file is read only in your browser and never sent to a server.
Does it translate the item descriptions?
No. Field names and labels are shown in English; the content written by the seller – names, addresses, item descriptions – stays in Polish.
Can I verify that the invoice exists in KSeF?
Use the QR code on the PDF visualisation from your supplier, or the anonymous invoice search in the official KSeF taxpayer application. This viewer shows the content but does not connect to KSeF.
